  I spoke with Crystal over the phone about some wedding arrangements that I wanted to pay for as a gift, and she and Amy were both very helpful. We wanted to use the wedding colors, but the flowers already planned for the bouquets weren't all suitable for a hanging basket. She understood what I was going for and after bouncing ideas back and forth we ended up with a great, customized plan that will incorporate the wedding colors using flowers more suited to the type of arrangement. She was patient, helpful and a great problem-solver.
