  SNG Chimney is old school in their dedication to customers. I recently scheduled a cleaning and inspection and when the crown and cap were needing repair/replacement they offered to either reschedule or complete the work immediately. I had taken time from work that day so I opted for immediate repair which they completed professionally and efficiently. I heard them calling the next customer to communicate the new timeframe which was still within the window of time scheduled. Having read other reviews about timeliness, I can say this: They communicated directly, honestly and timely with me. I recommend these hard working guys and will use them yearly for my property's chimney cleaning and repair needs.
